We seek a talented Product Designer to join our team and create user-centered designs for our iOS, Android, and web applications. You will bring the expertise of validating methods through user testing and researching to inform the design process. The role will primarily focus on working with our internal product & engineering teams. 

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, goals, and pain points.
• Create design solutions for iOS, Android, and web applications that align with user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate the design direction and facilitate user testing.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and research insights.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the design is implemented correctly and meets user needs.
• Contribute to the development of design systems and design guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms and products.
• Document all research findings and principles that guide the design process. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a design-related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in product design for iOS, Android, and web applications
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and user experience design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills
